Terms of cooperation
PLATFORM
The website will be created on one of these platforms: Weblium, Webflow, or Shopify. Each of these platforms is paid. The cost of the platform you choose is not included in the cost of my work and is paid separately.You can find the current prices on their official websites:

DOMAIN
For the safe operation of the site, its recognition and the ability to run ads on it, you need a domain. The cost of a domain is not included in the price of my work and is paid separately
PAYMENT
On the first day of work, the customer pays 50% of the cost of the price calculated by us (after the prototype is approved). The next 50% before the second stage of work. If the cost of the work has increased, the customer pays the balance before connecting the domain and publishing the site on the network. The exact cost of the work is calculated after the prototype is approved. The cost of developing a prototype is 100-200$ (depending on its scale).To add the customer (you) to the schedule of my work, you need to send a subscription. The amount of the subscription is fixed - 100$. In case of refusal to cooperate by the customer (before the start of work), this amount is not refundable.
CONTENT
All content (images, text, links, etc.) must be provided by the client no later than the first day of website development. I cannot start work without content. For each day of delay, a penalty is charged.1 day of delay - 10$. If you need to select images/icons/illustrations, etc. from stocks, the customer indicates this before developing the prototype.The translation of the site for multilingualism is also provided by the customer no later than the first day of work.Alt-text must be added to the photo, if the customer does not know how and/or is not able to provide it, then this must be indicated before developing the prototype.
SEO
I make basic SEO settings: badges, page titles and descriptions, set up correct addresses, connect the domain, provide tags for text and alt-texts for photos.If the client does not provide data according to their promotion, I enter it at my discretion.
MONETIZATION
I provide web design services, so I am not responsible for monetizing your website. The customer receives a website with basic SEO settings. But for further promotion, I recommend using the services of an SEO specialist.
EDITIONS
The client submits 1 set of edits for each stage of work. If the client needs (for various reasons) to make more edits, then further edits are considered as an iteration.
1 iteration - 10$.
The time for providing edits and the time that the client will spend on creating content is not included in the terms of my work. The time for edits by the client should not exceed more than 3 business days. Starting from the 4th (working) day of the delay, a penalty will be charged.
1 day - 15$
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
I do NOT provide ongoing technical support services for the site, but only for the first week after the customer receives it, so that you have time to get acquainted with the site. If the customer needs help with the site more than a week after receiving it, then the work is paid by the hour.The cost of 1 hour is 20$. Minimum working time is 1 hour.
INSTRUCTIONS
If the client wants to make changes to the content on the site on their own, they can order a video tutorial where I will show them how to change all the content on the client's site directly on the example of the client's site. The cost is 20$.
ADAPTATION
Regardless of your field of activity, the cost of the site and its scale, the site will definitely be adapted for gadgets (tablets and phones). As a result, you will get 2 adaptive versions (tablet and phone). If you need more versions, you should specify this before developing the prototype.
SCHEDULING
Saturday and Sunday are my official days off, as well as public holidays. I do not deal with any work-related issues on these days. Also, my working hours end after 20:00. If a customer needs me to work overtime, I am charged at a double rate.
